About a week ago my computer started restarting itself over and over and over again.
It lit up, started whizzing and whirring as computers do. Then it shut itself off, turned dark. After 4 seconds it lit up again, started whizzing and whirring. And that repeated itself, once for 3 hours, I wanted to see if it would stop. It would not.
Mind you I never saw anything on the screen, that was black through the whole thing.
After trying out parts from my dads computer (ours were very similar), I tried his GPU, his RAM, his CPU, his CPU, his SSD with mine unplugged, even tried his cooler but nothing worked.
I got a new PSU and plugged that in. Did not work.
I gave up on it and bought "a new computer". I bought a new chassi/box, new CPU, new motherboard, new CPU Cooler, new RAM. I used the new PSU and my old GPU.
So basically everything except the GPU is new (I have tried with and without a GPU in).
But I still have *the same fucking issue* although it's a new computer. Now it lights up and starts whizzing and whirring and it lasts for 20-30 seconds instead of 10 and the "downtime" only lasts for 2 seconds before it restarts itself. The screen is still black. I have tried different power cords and outlets.

i7-3770k
2x GTX 680
HX850
Vengeance corsair 1 stick of 8gb (1333MHz or something)
Z77A-G45 Motherboard
**The new computer**
i7-6700
Same GPU but one
EVGA 750 G2
2x Vengeance Corsair 8gb RAM sticks (3000MHz)
GA-Z170-Gaming K3-EU Motherboard.
I used the same SSDs
I hope to every god available that it is not the same issue but only the same symptoms. Please help me. I don't know what the fuck to do. It's almost midnight and I'm really tired from building this computer for 5 hours and failing....
Edit: Made my first thread in /r/techsupport. I would normally not do this but I am growing desperate.
I have felt like throwing up, like crying. I am now only feeling hopelessness...
